The Wednesday Weight Update 3/9/11

We (I) began this journey back on July 13, 2010. I will post all my "official" Herbalife stats and milestones and we will compare my progress after my weekly check-ins. If not motivational for you, it'll definitely keep my fat ass on the program...

July 13, 2010 (The Beginning)
body fat: 25.3%
body age: 63

July 13, 2010 (Target Goals)
body fat: 8%
body age: 30
BMI: 24
visceral fat (fat around the organs): 9%
muscle: 44%
waist: 32 inches (readjusted goal; original goal = 34 inches)
pounds: 168 (readjusted goal; original goal = 185)

March 2, 2011 (Previous Update)
body fat: 17.5%
body age: 47 (hand me my cane and walker)
BMI: 24.5
visceral fat (fat around the organs): 6%
muscle: 39.9%
waist: 31.5 inches
pounds: 181.6

March 9, 2011 (Current)
body fat: 18.6%
body age: 46 (hand me my cane and walker)
BMI: 24.4
visceral fat (fat around the organs): 6%
muscle: 39.3%
waist: 31.5 inches
pounds: 179.6

This week was a mixed bag. Yes, I'm down two pounds because I'm back on the two-a-days with the shake, a.k.a. the weight loss program. BUT due to donking off Thursday last week at the high school state basketball tournament, trapped in an arena with nothing but fried food and unhealthy choices all day, I got it in porcine-style. That explains the loss of muscle and rise in body fat.

So we're back on track, y'all (again). Anna the nutrition coach just FOOLISHLY challenged me to a weekly body fat contest. Granted, Anna's a twig, but this is based on proportional overall percentage of loss. Anyone who knows me knows that I do NOT back down from a challenge! 

Just downed my first shake today, looking forward to finishing it off with my midnight grind session tonight.
